Listen Here My name is Will Taylor and you may have heard of my work in the Austin area as a musician and concert producer through my group Strings Attached. I'm writing because I'd like to introduce you to several VIP business people I'm working closely with on a huge project that's expanding in the Austin area. A project that has a direct tie in to the real estate industry. This Monday at 6:30 p.m., we’re having a private invite-only gathering about it and I’d like you to meet our key people. I've devoted a ton of energy over the last 20 years to help vitalize our live music scene - one of the things that lures people to move to the Live Music Capitol of the World. So I hope you can give me just a few moments of your time. Here’s a little about me... The past 20+ years here in Austin my violin and I have bopped around town playing, recording and producing shows with folks like Willie Nelson, Joe Ely, Jimmy LaFave, Pearl Jam on Austin City Limits, Eliza Gilkyson, Bob Schneider, Grammy Award winner Shawn Colvin and hundreds of other wonderful music makers that makeup the musical fabric of this music town. Many of these performances have been featured on several KGSR Broadcast CDs that benefit the SIMS foundation. We've also produced our own benefit recording for CASA here. The celebrated radio DJ Jody Denberg said: "As program director for 107.1 KGSR Radio Austin, I have witnessed their development of a consistent body of work over time. In fact, their unique interactions with artists in our community (including Grammy winner Shawn Colvin, songwriting legend Chip Taylor and countless others) have motivated our station to broadcast the live performances of Will Taylor and Strings Attached. So, back to the project.... When I first introduced it about 6 months ago, it seemed like a complete no-brainer way of helping fund the cultural outreach I do as an Austin musician and arranger.
